Welcome from the Chair of the Board of Trustees. 

Thank you for your interest in joining UK Community Foundations (UKCF) as our new Chief Executive Officer. UKCF sits at the heart of a thriving membership organisation which reaches into all communities and every postcode across the four nations of the UK. The next CEO of UKCF will lead UKCF through an exciting period of change. 

In concert with its Board, the UKCF executive team works to support the network of 47 community foundations. Each member of the network is an independent charity and unique, but all community foundations are united by a passion to serve their communities by leveraging local giving and philanthropy to address local problems. They are expert place-based grant-makers.  

UKCF is not a community foundation. It does not make grants. It advocates for and promotes the work of community foundations across the public, corporate and charity sectors across the UK, and internationally, while providing leadership and support to the network.  

If you have the dynamism, strategic vision, ability, skills and experience to increase the impact and influence of community foundations on the national stage, if you are an outstanding leader who can inspire and support the amazing aspirations of UKCF and our diverse network, we want to hear from you.
