Turning Lives Around supports people facing homelessness, housing insecurity, and complex needs. Through innovative, person-centred services, we help individuals build brighter futures and achieve lasting independence. Now, as we work towards becoming an accredited social housing provider, we are entering a bold new chapter that will expand our reach, deepen our impact, and strengthen our role within the housing and support landscape.

This is an exciting time for the organisation. We are actively developing a new strategic direction that reflects our ambitions for growth, sustainability, and greater influence. Our strategy and business plan have been refreshed to address both the challenges and, importantly, the opportunities emerging from a shifting policy landscape and the promise of increased public investment in housing. Accreditation will not only enhance our ability to provide safe and secure homes but also position us as a trusted provider of high-quality housing and support services. It marks a significant step forward in our evolution and will open up new opportunities to serve our communities more effectively.

The board is in the process of being refreshed, bringing new energy and perspectives to our governance. Our Chair is now competing his final term of service, and so we are now looking to build on this foundation by recruiting a new Chair who can guide and inspire us through this next phase. You will work closely with fellow Trustees, the Chief Executive, and our dedicated staff to ensure our strategy is robust, our governance is effective, and our values remain at the heart of everything we do.
