REAch2 is committed to improving the life opportunities of all our children. From the 8% of schools rated as Good or Outstanding before they joined the Trust, all but two of our schools are now rated Good or Outstanding, providing an exceptional education to over 20,000 children in 62 schools. We are proud of what we have achieved.
REAch2 academies are at the centre of their local communities. We understand that no school or community is the same and it’s important that each school responds to the specific local needs of parents and children. We are committed to addressing inequalities for our children and the communities we serve. Through our Social Justice agenda, we are relentless in breaking down the barriers which prevent primary children from fulfilling their potential and so enable them to face life’s challenges with confidence.
REAch2 benefits from a high-performing Central Team, strong governance that is embedded across the organisation and a robust approach to risk management. This infrastructure means that we have the capacity and expertise to deliver sustained improvement in outcomes for children, overseen by an exceptional Trust Board of talented and committed trustees. The Trust Board is supported by local governing bodies which encourage every school to aim higher for all pupils.
As the largest primary-only multi-academy trust and one of the few covering most regions of England, REAch2 also has the opportunity to influence educational policy in England.
We are currently looking for trustees with expertise and experience in the areas of Finance; Corporate leadership and organisational change; Education; and Estates / Health and Safety management. Reflecting the diverse communities that we are proud to serve, REAch2 is committed to widening the diversity of its leadership.
